Bli Bli Village is nestled on the beautiful Maroochy River, close to sporting and educational facilities and the Sunshine Coast Airport. Located only a short distance from the emerging Sunshine Coast CBD of Maroochydore, Bli Bli offers the perfect balance of relaxed coastal living and bustling growth and development.

Is there onsite parking available?

Bli Bli Village has more than 450 dedicated car spaces for your ease and convenience. Our parking facilities are ticketless and FREE for all customers so that you can relax, take your time and enjoy everything on offer.

What public transport options are there?

The line 612 bus provides quick and easy access to Bli Bli Village with a ride of roughly 15 minutes from nearby Maroochydore. See full timetable and fares via Translink

Are there ATM’s at Bli Bli Village?

You’ll ATMs conveniently located at both River Markets and Town Centre.

River Markets: inside White’s Supa IGA and outside Post Office at River Markets

Town Centre: Level 2 of Town Centre outside Wendy’s Soy Wax Candles.

Is there disabled access to Bli Bli Village?

Bli Bli Village has full disabled access at Town Centre and River Markets via our lift facility and disabled parking spaces.

Are there public toilets at Bli Bli Village?

Toilets are located on every level of Town Centre and in the Eastern building at Rivermarkets, next to BWS.
